Embark on an independent world of via ferratas and experience some real adrenaline.
Join us at the beginner’s course of safe movement in via ferratas in Mojstrana, where we have two modern sports via ferratas and where we will learn safe usage, walking and climbing with via ferata systems, safe movement in difficult spots and we will test ourselves on via ferratas ascents. This will prepare you for an independent via ferratas journey.

Via ferrata courses are carried out in the mountaineering center Mojstrana, where we have two modern sports via ferratas. Aljaževa pot rated on B difficulty and “Pot Mojstranških veveric” rated on C D difficulty. Not far from the main two, in Mlačca, is a short learning via ferrata, assessed on B/C difficulty.
Group courses are held on weekends. At your request, we can also conduct a private via ferrata course during the week or in another mountaineering center or. via ferratas.
We run both one - day and two - day courses. Two - day course includes one more via ferrata trip on the second day, so the via ferrata experience is even more fulfilled.

If you want to upgrade your via ferrata knowledge to an even higher level, you can join us at the Advanced safe via ferrata movement course.
DURATION
- One - day courses last one day on the weekend from approximately 8.30 am to approximately 3.00 pm.
- Two - day courses are held on Saturday and Sunday. The first day from about 8.30 am to about 3.00 pm. The second day from about 7.30 to about 17.00 pm.
Course is intended for adults and children from the age of 7 and height of 120 cm. Courses are separated in following groups:
- For adults and families (children above 12 years).
- For families and children (children from 7 to 12 years).
The course requires usage of a via ferrata set - helmet, climbing harness, via ferrata system. If you do not have your own equipment, we will provide it for the course and it is included in the price of the course.

Equipment
Personal equipment: sportswear suitable for the season, low or high trekking shoes with profiled soles, via ferrata gloves (or ordinary work ones), a small backpack in which drinks and snacks go, and other equipment, the list of which you will receive with course instructions.
Technical equipment: via ferrata system, climbing harness, helmet, cord (screw carabiner and an infinitive loop), via ferrata gloves (in case you don't have your own, we will provide them).
