Sports via ferrata through the Dobršnik gorge
Another adventure that awaits you near Mojstrana. Ferata Dobršnik is located in a secluded wild gorge of unspoilt nature, which climbs above Hrušica towards Karavanke.

The Dobršnik via ferrata is graded with difficulty B (towards the top also C). The height of the ferrata is 270 meters, and the length is 1000 meters.
It takes us about 20 minutes to access the beginning of the via ferrata, and just climbing it will take us about 1 hour and 30 minutes. We use the marked forest path to descend.
The Dobršnik Gorge takes place in an idyllic position by the stream, where we will also find 7 waterfalls - the height of the highest one is as much as 22 meters.
On a guided tour, we climb through the gorge and also descend safely. All the time, we have a view on Mežakla on one side, and on the other side there is a wild gorge through which we climb. The beauty of the gorge and the rope techniques we will use to advance will not leave you indifferent.
For the via ferrata, we recommend a basic via ferrata set: a helmet, a climbing harness and a self - protection system. If you do not have your own equipment, you can also rent it in our agency and is included in the price.
The guidance is intended for adults and children from the age of 8 - 9 and a height of 135 - 140 cm. The guided tour starts from our Office in Mojstrana, or with our transport we can pick you up in front of your accomodation in destination in Kranjska Gora. We provide all the necessary technical equipment.
The rocks throughout the gorge are smooth and can be slippery due to water erosion, so sturdy trekking shoes with good tread are recommended.
An individual mountain guide can guide up to 6 - 7 persons. For groups with more than 6 - 7 persons, an additional mountain guide is needed, which is charged according to the valid price list, depending on the number of people they guide.

Equipment
Your own equipment: sportswear suitable for the season, low or high trekking shoes with a profiled sole, ferrata gloves (or ordinary workgloves), a small backpack where drinks and snacks go.
Technical equipment: via ferrata system, climbing harness, helmet, via ferrata gloves (in case you do not have your own, we provide them).
We take care of all the technical equipment. Rental of technical equipment is included in the price.
