1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
The General Terms and Instructions for sports and sports-tourism programs are an integral part of all activities, programs and packages of KOFLER SPORT, a sports agency, and of various mutual and pre-agreed activities. They form an integral part of the offer/contract concluded between Kofler sport, športna agencija, Gregor Kofler s.p. (hereinafter: KOFLER SPORT) and the client (an individual participant in a specific activity, a group of individual participants in a specific activity, or a company, institution and various federations or associations that in their own name or on their behalf bring their employees, members or business partners to a specific package, program or activity, as well as other travel agencies that through their networks sell activities, packages or programs of KOFLER SPORT to their guests as an authorized partner travel agency), who registers or orders and makes an advance reservation for a specific activity, package or program.
The client may ознакомиться with the General Terms and Conditions of Business (hereinafter: GTC) of KOFLER SPORT at its business premises (Savska cesta 1, Mojstrana) and/or on the website at [www.kofler-sport.si](http://www.kofler-sport.si), where the GTC are specifically marked under the link General Terms and are publicly accessible.
An integral part of the GTC is also the price list of sports services activities, which are likewise published on the website [www.kofler-sport.si](http://www.kofler-sport.si) under the individual offer sections and at the business premises of KOFLER SPORT. Upon prior request of the client, when submitting or forwarding the offer/contract, KOFLER SPORT may also attach the GTC to the offer/contract.
The activities, packages and programs that are the subject of the GTC are related to sports tourism of KOFLER SPORT.
A client is any person, company, association, institution, closed group of friends or travel agency etc., who has made a valid reservation or purchase and payment for a specific package, program, activity or other service of KOFLER SPORT. The GTC, in the part relating to personal data protection, also apply to users of the website [www.kofler-sport.si](http://www.kofler-sport.si).
It is deemed that the client is acquainted with the GTC of KOFLER SPORT and gives irrevocable consent to the GTC of KOFLER SPORT when the client fulfills at least one of the conditions listed below:
INDIVIDUAL PARTICIPANT IN AN ACTIVITY:
By signing a mutual contract confirming that they are acquainted with the general terms and instructions and that they irrevocably agree with them, via the online registration form for the individual activity located on the activity pages on the website [www.kofler-sport.si](http://www.kofler-sport.si).
By confirming in writing (typed name and surname is acceptable) via email the name of the desired activity, the date of arrival and the number of participants to one of the email addresses of KOFLER SPORT.
By reserving and paying for a specific activity electronically via the website of KOFLER SPORT.
By reserving and paying via the Kofler sport online registration form at the premises of the Kofler sport agency.
COMPANY, INSTITUTION, ASSOCIATION or FEDERATION:
Confirms that it is acquainted with the GTC and irrevocably agrees with them when it confirms in writing the order of a specific activity, package or program to one of the email addresses and completes the online registration form for the individual activity.
Confirms that it is acquainted with the GTC and irrevocably agrees with them when it transfers to the transaction account of Kofler sport the agreed percentage of the value of the pre-agreed mutual transaction or the amount sent by pro forma invoice or purchase order.
TRAVEL AGENCY:
By confirming in writing (voucher or agency purchase order) the name of the desired activity, package or program, the date of arrival and the number of participants to one of the email addresses of Kofler sport and by completing the online registration form for the individual activity.
By paying the percentage specified in the contract of the total amount of the activity or the amount sent by pro forma invoice or purchase order to the transaction account of Kofler sport, which is required for confirmation and reservation of the activity, program or package.
By reserving and paying via the Kofler sport online registration form at the premises of the Kofler sport agency and an invoice is issued at the agency premises.
The GTC also contain important instructions (STATEMENT OF LIABILITY AND CO-LIABILITY IN SPORTS ACTIVITIES), with which the client becomes acquainted before the start of each sports activity on the website [www.kofler-sport.si](http://www.kofler-sport.si), in the online registration form for the individual activity or at the agency premises at Savska cesta 1, Mojstrana. By signing, the client confirms that they are acquainted with the instructions, that they agree with them and irrevocably consent and that during the execution of sports activities they will strictly observe the rules and instructions of KOFLER SPORT and its staff.
Regardless of whether the client is an individual participant, company, institution, federation or agency, all participants who will take part in the individual sports activity must read the instructions. Individuals who do not agree with them are not allowed to participate in sports activities organized by KOFLER SPORT, regardless of whether the activity has been paid or compensated in advance or not.
Likewise, persons who do not meet all required conditions and regulations specified in the instructions (see section Safety at Activities) may not participate in the activities. A signature submitted electronically via email, upon registration for the activity itself, via the online registration form or upon personal registration at the premises of KOFLER SPORT is considered valid.
2. DEFINITION OF TERMS ACTIVITY, PROGRAM AND PACKAGE
ACTIVITIES: these are sports activities that KOFLER SPORT carries out in its own organization or arranges for organization with other verified and likewise licensed sports agencies, licensed guides, federations, etc. Activities carried out include: climbing, hiking, mountain guiding, ski touring, cycling, day trips, children’s activities, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, transfers, equipment rental and all other activities defined on the Kofler sport website.
PROGRAMS: these are one-day programs for companies or closed groups that Kofler sport carries out in its own organization or arranges for organization with other verified and likewise licensed agencies. They include one or more activities in combination with food and drink or in combination with equipment rental or transport.
PACKAGES: activities that last more than 24 hours or one day and include overnight accommodation and are carried out by Kofler sport in its own organization or arranged for organization with other verified and likewise licensed agencies.
3. SERVICES THAT ARE AND ARE NOT INCLUDED IN ACTIVITIES, PROGRAMS OR PACKAGES OF KOFLER SPORT
The price of activities, programs or packages includes all services listed in the offer/contract, registration form that was sent to the client upon submission and confirmed by payment.
Additional services are all services that the client orders in addition to the pre-agreed activity, program, package or compensation. These services are not included in the basic offer or contract and are therefore charged separately as a supplement according to valid daily prices at the time of execution of the service. Payment for additional services is made after their completion, within 7 days from the issuance of the invoice by KOFLER SPORT.
Additional services include for example: food and drink at daily prices, additional individual or group activities, insurance in accordance with the offer of the individual insurance company, etc. In cases where food and/or drink are already included in the offer, no supplement is charged for them unless the client orders additional food and drink that was not part of the previously agreed offer or contract.
Additional services are generally confirmed by the client in writing before arrival, but may also be ordered during the execution of the program, package or activity.
Other services are services that are not part of the program but are necessary for its execution. These include for example accommodation and meals for guides in multi-day programs, mileage of guides to the location of execution of the activity, program or package, transport of participants to the location if ordered by the client, and other similar costs. The client is obliged to cover also the costs arising from temporary relocation of the team or part of the team of KOFLER SPORT to the location of execution of the activity, program or package. Other services are listed in the offer or contract in the section What the price does not include.
Hidden costs are costs that some agencies or providers charge without prior notice to the client, such as various entrance fees, tips or unplanned visits to shops with local products. KOFLER SPORT does not use hidden costs and never charges them to clients.
4. REGISTRATIONS / RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS
The client may register or make a reservation at the Kofler sport premises, via the internet or by email to one of the email addresses of Kofler sport.
Upon reservation or registration, both parties, Kofler sport and the client, confirm the reservation in writing via email, which is considered as signing of the contract and at the same time also a confirmation of the reservation and contains data about the activity, program or package for which the client has registered or refers to the name of the program where these data are listed.
The client’s registration/reservation is considered confirmed when it is accepted in writing by the staff of Kofler sport and at the same time at least one of the conditions listed below is fulfilled.
INDIVIDUAL PARTICIPANT IN AN ACTIVITY:
When Kofler sport confirms to the client in writing the name of the desired activity, the date of arrival and the number of participants from one of the email addresses of Kofler sport. When they reserve and pay for a specific activity at Kofler sport or via the website of Kofler sport, when they complete the online registration form and receive a confirmed reservation back.
When they send by email proof of payment to Kofler sport for a pre-determined activity, program or package.
COMPANY, INSTITUTION or FEDERATION:
When it confirms in writing the reservation date to one of the email addresses of Kofler sport and at the same time sends in attachment a purchase order, on the basis of which Kofler sport issues an invoice with a specified payment term after execution of the activity, program or package. The purchase order contains the following data: number of persons, date of the activity, package or program and name of the offer/contract. When the responsible person completes the online registration form. When it transfers to the transaction account of Kofler sport the agreed percentage of the total value of the pre-agreed mutual transaction.
When it signs a mutual compensation for a specific amount of compensation for a pre-agreed activity, program or package. If the client does not provide in the compensation the pre-agreed number of participants for a specific activity, program or package, this is considered the fault of the client, therefore the previous compensation conditions (final amount of compensation) cannot be changed to the detriment of Kofler sport.
The compensation value of the transaction may in no case be lower than agreed.
TRAVEL AGENCY:
When it confirms in writing (voucher or agency purchase order) the name of the desired activity, program or package, the date of arrival and the number of participants to one of the email addresses of Kofler sport.
When it pays the percentage specified in the contract required for confirmation and reservation of the activity, program or package.
If it is a “Last minute” offer, the reservation proceeds exactly according to all descriptions stated above; the only difference is in the price. All other provisions and procedures apply equally as described.
5. PRICES OF ACTIVITIES, PROGRAMS AND PACKAGES
The price is stated on the website [www.kofler-sport.si](http://www.kofler-sport.si) for each activity or on social networks.
Registration is valid under the conditions stated in point 4.
PAYMENT must be made via UPN to transaction account SI56 0400 1004 9358 827 reference 99, opened at OTP banka.
On the UPN write PAYMENT PURPOSE: Payment and NAME AND SURNAME.
ACTIVITIES:
Prices of sports activities are predetermined and published on the website kofler-sport.si under individual programs or activities or other offers (each activity has a price published with the presentation of the activity) and at the Kofler sport office.
PROGRAMS AND PACKAGES:
Prices of programs and packages are determined individually. They depend on the content, duration and complexity of the program or package. Financial details of programs and packages are specified separately in each offer/contract.
Kofler sport reserves the right to change the price up to 8% per year, which may arise due to changes in market prices or inflation affecting the pricing of an activity, program or package. The increase or decrease in price is calculated by a percentage equal to the increase or decrease of previously existing prices taken into account in the calculation.
Kofler sport informs the client of any price change at least 20 days before the start of the activity, program or package. The client is informed in writing or verbally. If the increase exceeds 8%, the client has the right to terminate the contract without having to compensate damage or administrative costs, material costs, VAT or possible taxes. In this case the organizer refunds the client the full paid amount of the activity, program or package.
Possible discounts and benefits are mutually exclusive and are not cumulative.
If several discounts are available, the client may choose at registration the one that suits them best. When using discounts for individual clients, the discount may be used only for payment in cash. Kofler sport and the client may also agree on mutual compensation during preparation of the offer for execution of the activity, program or package.
Compensation must be financially evaluated and time agreed in advance by Kofler sport and the client. If compensation cannot be concluded with a single event, the agreed amount may be compensated in several pre-agreed terms until the compensation is completed. Compensation must be completed no later than two years from the concluded compensation agreement. Otherwise it is considered that the client is no longer interested in execution of the compensation, whereby Kofler sport releases the compensation agreement. In this case the compensation is considered completed.
Kofler sport may for a specific activity, program or package propose together with another agency that the client pays for services that will be performed on site and in the manner provided by the program in case that Kofler sport is only an informant in the sale of services of another agency. These are activities, programs or packages that Kofler sport does not perform directly, but Kofler sport directs/proposes the client to another provider. In this case Kofler sport does not act as organizer nor as intermediary, but solely as informant. In this case the client asserts all complaints and damage claims on site with the agency or provider of the specific activity, program or package.
6. SAFETY OF PARTICIPANTS IN ACTIVITIES and STATEMENT OF LIABILITY
A brief overview of instructions on responsibility and co-responsibility in sports activities, programs and packages, which each participant signs upon completing the registration forms for the individual activity and are also defined in the GTC:
- Participants are expected to be mentally and physically healthy and not under the influence of alcohol or other psychotropic substances.
- All participants must be of legal age; minors must be accompanied by an adult or have written consent from parents or guardians to participate in a specific activity and at the same time accept responsibility and co-responsibility in sports activities, programs or packages.
Restrictions on participation in activities:
- For each activity the above restrictions apply, and specific details regarding the number of participants and the age of participants are stated for each activity or program separately on the website and in the instructions for activities sent after acceptance of registration.
- Kofler sport reserves the right to additional restrictions in extraordinary weather conditions.
- Kofler sport advises against participation in sports activities for pregnant women and persons with serious health problems or injuries.
- Kofler sport reserves the right in bad weather or other extraordinary circumstances to cancel or interrupt the activity at any time. In case of cancellation of the activity, we refund reservation costs in accordance with the provisions of the GTC, unless otherwise stated for an individual activity in the registration forms (depending also on whether the activity has already started etc.).
- Kofler sport reserves the right to cancel the activity also if the number of participants does not reach the minimum number.
After receiving mandatory equipment for the sports activity, in case of cancellation (by the guest) the guest is not entitled to refund of costs. Costs are also not refunded due to shorter activity and activities where the reason is poor physical condition of the individual.
- The sports activity lasts from taking over guests at the agreed place until the end of the activity at the agreed place. Each activity is specifically defined.
- The activity will be carried out at the location agreed in the instructions in the email.
- Authority to postpone the tour due to bad weather and snow conditions lies exclusively with Kofler sport and the guide. Lay opinions of participants are not taken into account and are not a reason for cancellation of the tour.
- Kofler sport is not responsible for injuries occurring outside the course of the activity, program or package.
- Kofler sport is not responsible for injuries resulting contrary to the stated provisions or due to non-compliance with instructions of guides or other staff of Kofler sport.
- All who have any problems due to asthma or other health issues must inform the guide or other employee of Kofler sport before the start of the activity and excursion. Injuries occurring during the activity, program or package must be reported immediately to the guide/instructor or other authorized person in Kofler sport. Kofler sport will not consider any injuries reported later.
- The activity will be led by a qualified guide with appropriate licenses.
- Equipment that the participant must have is the equipment stated on the website or social networks or equipment proposed by the guide and sent in written form to the registered participant, if necessary also with visual material.
- In case of any accident the guest allows the leader to arrange appropriate medical care.
- Participants must have health and accident insurance.
- Participants must have insurance for mountain rescue in Slovenia and abroad.
- Kofler sport photographs all participants of activities and thereby reserves the right to use photographs for marketing purposes. Photographs taken during execution of activities of Kofler sport are property of Kofler sport.
- Exception are persons who in advance mark in the registration form that they do not allow use of photographs. Before the start of the activity they also inform the guide.
- Kofler sport assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged personal items.
LIABILITY:
By signing the submitted registration the guest guarantees that in full consciousness and responsibility and without coercion confirms the following:
That I am informed about sports activities of sports agency KOFLER sport:
- which may be physically demanding activities and I perform them at my own will,
- I do not perform them under influence of alcohol, drugs or other psychosomatic substances,
- I do not perform them while undergoing treatment after serious bodily injuries (knee surgery, vertebrae, hip, shoulder, heart surgery…) without prior recommendation of my personal physician,
- I am acquainted with the method of execution of activities and will perform them according to instructions of the guide and internal rules of sports agency Kofler sport, which I have read before signing this statement or were explained to me before and during the activity itself.
That for myself or for my dependents in case of injuries and their consequences I will not assert claims myself or through third parties against sports agency KOFLER sport, against an individual guide due to my own negligence and injuries thereby caused to myself, minors or third persons.
In case of any personal or health specificities, you must state this above in the registration form, otherwise we consider that there are no health problems.
If you have chronic diseases or other serious forms of health problems, consult a doctor regarding the activity in advance and before execution of the activity send a medical certificate by email as permission to perform the activity.
7. INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS
More information is available at our point of sale or via email. There you will be informed about all installment payment options and upon request we will prepare an informative calculation. For each change of reservation administrative costs in the amount of 25 EUR per registration form are charged, except in cases where this is already included in the offer.
8. USE OF DATA
All obtained data about the client Kofler sport protects in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 163/22 and 40/25, hereinafter: ZVOP and ZInfV-1). It is considered that by confirming the reservation the client agrees to use of these data also for purposes of statistical processing, market research, customer segmentation and informing about offers. If the client does not wish this, they may declare so at reservation of the activity, program or package or at any time later.
9. CLIENT’S CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT OF ACTIVITY, PROGRAM OR PACKAGE
The client has the right to cancel the activity, program or package at the same place where the reservation was confirmed. Cancellation must be in written form, otherwise cancellation of the activity, program or package is not considered.
If the client cancels the activity, program or package, Kofler sport has the right to reimbursement of costs due to cancellation.
The amount of reimbursement depends on the time in which the client submitted cancellation. The date of written cancellation is the basis for calculation of cancellation costs.
CANCELLATION OF ACTIVITY, PROGRAM OR PACKAGE:
Refund of purchase price due to unjustified reasons of the client is refunded or Kofler sport retains:
- up to 30 days before execution of the activity, program or package Kofler sport retains or charges 40% of the agreed price;
- from 29 to 7 days before execution Kofler sport retains or charges 50% of the agreed price;
- from 6 to 1 day (by 8pm) before execution Kofler sport retains or charges 70% of the agreed price;
- 0 days before execution Kofler sport retains or charges 100% of the agreed price;
Non-attendance without cancellation – Kofler sport retains or charges 100% of the agreed price.
Airline ticket payments are not refunded according to this system but according to the cancellation risk agreed at purchase of the airline ticket. The amount is determined each time separately according to each airline ticket purchased for the activity.
In case of cancellation due to serious illness proven by medical certificate:
- In case of cancellation up to 30 days before departure due to serious illness proven by medical certificate, 90% of the total payment is refunded, excluding airline ticket. The remainder remains due to registration and reservation costs of Kofler sport. Airline ticket payment is refunded according to cancellation risk system.
- In case of cancellation from 29 to 7 days before departure due to serious illness proven by medical certificate, 85% of the total payment is refunded, excluding airline ticket. The remainder remains due to registration and reservation costs. Airline ticket payment is refunded according to cancellation risk system.
- In case of cancellation from 7 days to departure date due to serious illness proven by medical certificate, 80% of the total payment is refunded, excluding airline ticket. The remainder remains due to registration and reservation costs. Airline ticket payment is refunded according to cancellation risk system.
If fewer participants attend than previously agreed, the above cancellation deadlines apply. If a group discount was granted, it is canceled.
During execution of the activity, program or package the client may interrupt at their own wish. Kofler sport and the client sign a written statement of interruption stating the reason. If the client interrupts, upon return they are not entitled to refund of costs or purchase price, neither partially nor fully.
The client may after confirmation change or replace the name of the client or number of participants. If increasing number, written confirmation of Kofler sport is required.
If cancellation is submitted by a company, institution, association or federation, the reason is thoroughly examined.
If justified, a new date is agreed under same conditions as first confirmed reservation. Bad weather is not a reason for cancellation if Kofler sport can ensure execution.
If cancellation or postponement is unjustified, Kofler sport issues invoice as for performed service.
In case of new date proposed by organizer Kofler sport, the client must confirm in writing within 3 days from the day Kofler sport sent the new agreed date. Purchase price and costs remain same as original package, including possible discounts or reductions due to changed circumstances.
If the client does not confirm within agreed time, Kofler sport may release the new date and offer it to other clients.
If the client does not accept the offered postponement of package travel or activity despite equivalent package offered, they are entitled to refund of all payments within 14 days from withdrawal.
This does not apply in cases of insufficient registrations or force majeure; then provisions above apply.
Company, institution, association or federation that cancels first reserved date and does not confirm second agreed date or cancels again, Kofler sport sends invoice including all agreed services on originally agreed reservation. Date of written cancellation of first reservation is basis for invoice.
If cancellation is submitted by company with compensation agreement, a new date is offered and confirmed. If compensation is not executed also in new date, compensation is concluded and considered executed. Otherwise Kofler sport suffers economic damage because it reserves dates that remain empty due to non-arrival.
10. CANCELLATION OR CHANGE BY KOFLER SPORT
Kofler sport reserves the right according to applicable legislation to cancel or change activity, program or package in following cases:
10a. insufficient number of registered persons:
In case of cancellation due to insufficient number of participants (if after payment someone cancels before departure/execution), registered participants are entitled to full refund within statutory deadlines:
- no later than 20 days before start for packages longer than 6 days
- no later than 7 days before start for packages longer than 2 to 6 days
- no later than 48 hours before start for packages lasting up to 48 h / 2 days
Kofler sport may charge 10% administrative costs where execution and reservation costs were already paid. Participant bears possible insurance, visa, vaccination costs etc.
10.b due to special circumstances or force majeure (including weather): relating to Kofler sport – illness, death, as well as state of war or extraordinary epidemic situations, the registered participants are entitled to a refund of the full purchase price in accordance with statutory deadlines, which are arranged in relation to the cancellation by Kofler sport, namely:
- cancellation is made no later than 20 days before the start of the activity for packages longer than 6 days
- cancellation is made no later than 7 days before the start of the activity for packages lasting from 2 to 6 days
- cancellation is made no later than 48 hours before the start of the activity for packages lasting up to 48 h / 2 days
In the event of cancellation due to force majeure, Kofler sport may charge 10% administrative costs where implementation and reservation costs for the execution of the package have already been paid and represent direct incurred damage for all. The participant bears any potential costs of insurance, visas, vaccinations, etc.
10.c. The payment for the flight ticket is refundable according to the risk-of-cancellation system.
10.d During the execution of the activity, Kofler Sport reserves the right to fully or partially withdraw from the activity, program, or package if extraordinary circumstances occur during the execution of the activity, program, or package that could not have been anticipated, removed, or avoided, and which constitute a justified reason for Kofler Sport not to have confirmed the reservation in advance if information about the extraordinary circumstances had existed at the time of the contract conclusion. In this case, Kofler Sport does not refund the already paid purchase price.
Kofler Sport reserves the right to fully or partially withdraw from the activity, program, or package if, before or during the execution of the activity, one or more clients or the clients’ guests directly violate the provisions stated in the General Instructions “Declaration of Responsibility and Co-Responsibility in Sports Activities.” In this case, Kofler Sport does not refund the already paid purchase price.
Kofler Sport reserves the right to fully or partially withdraw from the activity, program, or package if, before or during the execution of the activity, program, or package, a competent person acting on behalf of Kofler Sport determines that a specific person or persons participating in a given activity, program, or package is/are not physically and/or mentally capable of the effort required by the activity, program, or package, and that continuing the activity, program, or package would endanger their own or others’ health or life, and this could not have been observed or detected before the start of the activity, program, or package, and the client did not inform Kofler Sport personnel about it. In this case, Kofler Sport does not refund the already paid purchase price.
Kofler Sport is entitled to compensation for any damage incurred if such damage occurs as a result of participants violating the rules of the activity.
10.e In the case of a new date/rescheduling offered by the organizer Kofler Sport, the client must confirm the newly mutually agreed date with Kofler Sport within 3 days from the day Kofler Sport has sent the new mutually agreed date to the client in writing. In this case, the purchase price and costs remain the same as for the previous package, including any discounts or price reductions due to changes in circumstances.
If the client does not confirm the new agreed date within the agreed period, Kofler Sport may release the newly offered date again and offer it to other clients.
In the event that the client does not accept the rescheduling of the activity date despite the offered possibility of an equivalent activity, the client is entitled, within 14 days after withdrawal from the contract, to a refund of all payments made for the package. This does not apply in cases where the package is rescheduled due to insufficient registrations or force majeure, which is then handled according to the points above.
11. COMPLAINTS
Client must report irregularities or deficiencies on site to leader of activity, program or package or direct service provider.
If cause cannot be eliminated, client and provider or leader prepare written confirmation or complaint claim signed by representative and injured client. Complaint record is official document that client reported service on site.
Complaint must be substantiated and include appropriate evidence and/or confirmation of guide, driver, caterer, hotelier, carrier or other appropriate person of actual state if related to package sold by Kofler sport.
Kofler sport must first respond in writing within 8 days after receipt of complaint and finally within reasonable time needed to obtain information from service provider or third parties in accordance with Article 893 of the Code of Obligations. Until response is issued, client waives forwarding complaint to other persons or courts or media.
Kofler sport will handle only complaints where cause could not be eliminated on site.
12. HEALTH REGULATIONS
Client is co-responsible and guarantees to Kofler sport that none of participants have health restrictions preventing participation. Client is aware that activities have increased risk factor for injuries and other dangers, therefore activities are not suitable for pregnant women and persons with back injuries or other serious injuries or surgeries and consultation with doctor is required. Activities are also not suitable for persons with high blood pressure or heart problems. All with health problems are responsible to inform Kofler sport already at reservation or at latest before start of any activity, program or package.
Cancellation due to illness is defined in points 9 and 10 of GTC.
13. ACTIVITIES, PROGRAMS OR PACKAGES WHERE KOFLER SPORT IS NOT ORGANIZER
Where Kofler sport is not organizer, it acts as informant. It provides received information from organizer and/or provider to client and assists with registration. Conditions of registration, payment and cancellation are in accordance with valid conditions of other organizer. Such programs are specially marked and appropriate marking will be given also in notice about activity, program or package. Any complaint is handled with organizer or provider.
14. GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are available at Kofler sport. All gift vouchers and other vouchers are valid from date of issue until date stated on voucher or coupon. If not stated otherwise, gift vouchers may be redeemed until validity date at Kofler sport for execution of activity, program or package. In case of theft or other loss of voucher Kofler sport is not responsible. Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash in any case. Copying or reproduction of gift vouchers is prohibited and punishable. Only original gift vouchers of Kofler sport containing original signatures, stamps and other verifiable elements are valid.
If voucher is issued for specific activity, validity periods are:
summer season from 1.4 to 31.10 and
winter season from 1.11 to 1.5
If gift voucher is issued for specific value, it is valid two years from date of issue.
15. FINAL PROVISIONS
All prices for activities from offer of Kofler sport include value added tax. Prices prepared for individual programs and packages already include value added tax. In case of dispute between parties, the competent district court has jurisdiction. These general terms apply to all offers/contracts concluded from the date of publication on website [www.kofler-sport.si](http://www.kofler-sport.si), where all changes are regularly updated, and in printed form are always available at the business unit of Kofler sport.
